Who We Are
LEADS – The Cooperative Association for Construction & Reconstruction is a family-founded cooperative established in 1980 by Eng. Essam Hedia.
The company specializes in construction, reconstruction, maintenance, vessel refurbishing, furnishing, and full civil works, delivering essential infrastructure such as hospital units, schools, bridges, and power facilities.
LEADS worked with the Ministry of Electricity,the Egyptian Armed Forces, the Egyptian Naval Forces focusing on critical and functional components of national projects rather than large-scale flagship developments.
Alongside its construction activities, LEADS manages international procurement operations for the Egyptian Naval Forces, supplying a wide range of technical and industrial materials including compressors, various types of machinery, vessel spare parts, wood, electrical equipment, industrial grease, oil, and other essential items from USA, China, India and Europe.
